Bio
Diana P. Esteban is a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal and Business Advisor for Investors with extensive experience in employment based and investment immigration law. She currently works with Sékou Clarke Law Group, where she manages complex business immigration matters and collaborates closely with attorneys, corporate clients, executives, and foreign investors.
Diana specializes in employment-based and investment visas, including E-2, L-1A/L-1B, H-1B, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2 (NIW), EB-3, and PERM Labor Certifications. Her expertise includes case strategy development, drafting detailed legal support letters, preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, responding to RFEs, and analyzing corporate and financial documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
In addition to her legal work, Diana serves as a Business Advisor for Investors at AMP Consulting Group, where she guides foreign entrepreneurs and companies in establishing and expanding operations in the United States. She develops immigration compliant business plans, feasibility studies, and strategic growth plans that align business objectives with immigration requirements.
As an immigrant herself, Diana understands the process firsthand, having obtained her status through an L-1A intracompany transferee visa. This personal experience gives her unique insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by international executives and investors.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in International Relations and Finance from the University of Central Florida and brings a strong blend of legal, business, and international expertise to her work.
Outside of her professional life, Diana is a proud mother of twins and a strong advocate for the power of networking, firmly believing that meaningful professional relationships are essential to business success. She also has a passion for fashion and views personal style as an extension of confidence and professionalism.
