Rebeca Castillo is a bilingual (English–Spanish) Senior Immigration Paralegal and Immigration Case Manager who plays a central leadership role within the firm’s Orlando-based operations. She leads the full lifecycle of complex immigration cases before USCIS, EOIR, NVC, and ICE, supervising paralegal teams, managing workflow distribution, and conducting final quality-control reviews to determine filing readiness or escalation for attorney review.
Rebeca serves as a key operational bridge between legal assistants and attorneys, ensuring regulatory compliance, strategic case preparation, and adherence to firm standards. She is known for her leadership, strong deadline management, and ability to oversee high-volume case operations while maintaining consistency and quality across all filings.
With a strong background in family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, and removal defense, Rebeca has significant experience handling waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212), VAWA (I-360), U Visas, asylum applications (I-589), cancellation of removal (42B), motions, appeals (I-290B), and NVC consular processing.
With over a decade of prior legal experience as an attorney in Venezuela, combined with senior-level immigration case management in the United States, Rebeca brings strategic insight, operational leadership, and a strong commitment to excellence in client advocacy and team development.
